• Updated Immunization Record

In addition to the above requirements: please show 3 (three) Proofs of Yonkers Residence which have your address on it. The documents must be dated within the last 30 days.

• You can include multiple children in the same Financial Assistance application
• Please use the same email address and password you used for your Admissions Application when you login.
• The fee to apply for financial aid is $39 per family.
